The Dennis range of pedestrian mowers are used by greenkeepers at hundreds of bowling clubs across crown green and are widely recognised as the mower of choice when seeking that perfect playing surface.

The Dennis FT interchangeable cassette system is ideal for clubs looking for maximum machine versatility. Available in 17”,20” or 24” operating widths, clubs have a choice of 11 different cassettes that can be removed and exchanged in approximately 30 seconds without the need for any tools.

The selection of cassettes enables a greenkeeper to cover key maintenance tasks such as mowing, scarifying, verticutting, brushing and surface aeration.

The revolutionary “click system” ensures simple accurate height of cut control in 0.25mm increments without the need for any tools. The machine has easy to use controls, a 3 section rear roller that makes turning easy and a unique roller clutch enabling a variable clip rate.

An alternative to the cassette system are the Dennis Razor and Razor Ultra mowers. They have a 22” cutting width with an 11 blade cutting cylinder. Both machines have the simple “click system” height of cut control. The Razor Ultra incorporates an adjustable tungsten tipped groomer that helps to reduce thatch thus helping to produce a faster green.

Other key bowling green maintenance products are:

  • Dennis S500 PLUS -  A ‘two-in-one’ machine ideal for surface aeration and seeding

  • Dennis Verticut TT – A dedicated verticutting machine that helps  reduce thatch, finer grasses to grow and increase green speed.

  • Bray Hand Tools – Ideal for aerating and overseeding small areas on a bowling green
