BCGBA Part-Time Finance & Governance Manager

The British Crown Green Bowling Association (BCGBA) is the National Governing Body for Crown Green Bowls in England and Wales, supporting more than 70,000 affiliated members through a network of counties, clubs, volunteers and partners.
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Governance Manager to play a central role in the next stage of our organisational development.
This is much more than a traditional finance role. Working closely with our Chief Executive and Board of Directors, you will help strengthen financial management, enhance governance, improve organisational systems and support strategic decision-making across the Association. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how the organisation develops, helping build a modern, resilient governing body that will support the sport for many years to come.
