Introduction:
Policies and Procedures are one thing, but the BCGBA Reports Section tells you what’s actually happened, rather than what should have. As the organisation tries to improve its transparency and communication to the whole bowling community, reports and meeting minutes are seen to be a vital area to keep everyone informed.
Redacted Minutes of Board Meeting in date order, from most recent to a period of approximately 6 months can be found here for all members to review. If you have queries with regards to meeting notes, in the first instance please contact your Board Regional Representative. Their details can be found in Regional Information.
The annual financial statement for the organisation is posted here. The latest version covers the 2025 Bowls Season but technically covers the period from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025.
The report shows details of the General Account, the Competitions Accounts, the Development Account and the Investment Account that include notes from the Trustees of that fund. Together these show the annual financial performance of the organisation.
Total Net Assets and the Market Value of Investments are included along with a report from the Chartered Certified Accountants.

AGM Minutes will be posted here once they have been confirmed as a true record of proceedings and signed on behalf of delegates by the Board Chair. This occurs at the following years Annual General Meeting.
